He's one of the grand
masters."

If you've always fancied trying stand-up comedy - this is your chance.

During the weekend you will learn the secrets of comic timing, stagecraft, breathing, relaxation and much more; culminating in your own stand-up spot.

You will be sent a DVD of the show so that you can assess your progress and see what you've acheived.

You will learn professional "tricks of the trade", including comic delivery, what to do with your hands, how to project the voice etc, all in a relaxed hotel environment.

The weekend is designed to be informative and interesting - and great fun. We offer a chance to have a go with top professionals, meet like-minded people, and enjoy good food and fine wine.

Experience what most people never feel in a lifetime - the thrill of making an audience laugh. Don't feel embarrassed or self-conscious! Guests are encouraged to help and support each other, in a pressure free and relaxed atmosphere.

The Two Ronnies said that one of the reasons for their success was that Ronnie Barker was an actor and Ronnie Corbett is from a variety background, so between them they had the whole spectrum of comedy covered - Bobby Bragg and John Arthur have the same shared experience.

Just learning the basic rules of stand-up could change your life for ever, so why not give it a go?

  Hi Bobby and John,
I just wanted to say thanks for a great weekend. It was a lot of fun and, after our own stand-up show on Saturday, I felt I'd really acheived a lot. The best thing about the whole weekend was the sense of support from the whole group...thanks again for a lot of laughs."

"Dear John, Bobby
Thank you so much for a great time. Fantastic for building self-confidence. I hoped it would be useful, but it exceeded all my expectations. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed the 30 hours or so we spent at the Mill last week...the stagecraft sessions were fascinating...the material sessions with Bobby were great fun and working in smaller groups made it easier for all of us..."
